Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it's in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. We'll refund the delivery charge on orders if they're returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
For all Returns, please fill in a Returns Form which you will receive with your order. Without a Returns Form we will not be able to process your Refund/Exchange.  |
