You Haven’t Got The Size/Colour I want!

Everything we have available is on our website. If you cannot find it, then unfortunately, this will mean we do not have it! Sorry! The good news is we get new styles & brands all the time. Hoorah! 

I Made A Mistake On My Order – Help!

No problem! If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can amend the details for you.  If your order has already been dispatched then we won’t be able to make any changes. However, you can return the unused item to us for a refund when you receive them.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Been Processed?

When your order has been processed, we’ll send you an email to let you know. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add sales@lesports.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you about your order!

How Long Will Delivery Take?

If your order is placed before 2pm Mon-Fri, it will be despatched the same day. Orders going to the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class will take 1-2 Working Days, Royal Mail 2nd Class will take 3-5 Working Days and APC Overnight will be Next Working Day. Orders going Internationally by Royal Mail Airmail will take 5-7 Working Days, Royal Mail International Signed For will take 3-5 Working Days. Please note that these delivery times are approximations. 

Can I Return The Item (s) If They’re Unsuitable?

We hope you love your new items! However, if it turns out that they're not suitable for whatever reason, you can return them to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our site. You can claim a full refund on any unsoiled items returned to us within 14 days or alternatively, if you wish, you may exchange any item. 
For all Returns, please fill in a LeSports Returns Form which you will receive with your order. Without a Returns Form we will not be able to process your Refund/Exchange.
