Despatch Times

If your order is placed before 2pm Mon-Fri, your order will be despatched the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm, your parcel will be despatched the next working day. All persons that pay for DPD Next Day Delivery, please note that you must place your order before 2pm to receive your parcel on the next working day.

We do not despatch parcels on weekends. If you pay for Next Day delivery on a Friday, it will not be delivered until Monday.

Please Note: International orders that exceed Royal Mails weight limit of 2kg, may be sent via DPD Courier.

Returns

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it's in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. We'll refund the delivery charge on orders if they're returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.

For all Returns, please fill in a Returns Form which you will receive with your order. Without a Returns Form we will not be able to process your Refund/Exchange.
